- A weekday lunch-break ticket (12:30 to 3 p.m.) from €46 is one of the cheapest QC entries anywhere.

City spa, no thermal water
QC Spa Torino, long sold as QC Termetorino, is a day spa in the centre of Turin. There is no hot spring under it and no thermal water in it. QC calls the Turin circuit a “percorso benessere”, a wellness circuit, and names no source. The city tourist board, Turismo Torino, lists it as a wellness centre and says nothing about thermal water either. The pools, whirlpools and waterfalls run on heated water.
That does not make it a bad place to spend an afternoon. It is a good city spa with long hours and an unusual setting. Just do not book it expecting a hot spring. QC’s real thermal sites are QC Pré Saint Didier in the Aosta Valley and QC Bagni Nuovi Bormio in Lombardy.
What to expect
The spa is in Palazzo Abegg at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 77, one of the grand tree-lined avenues of central Turin. Turismo Torino says the circuit runs between the inside of the palazzo and its garden. That garden is the point of the place: whirlpools in a patch of green a few metres from city traffic.
QC counts 32 wellness practices. The ones it names:
- C’era una volta: the starting room, where a small keyhole opens onto a world of secret gardens and old palaces. The whole circuit plays on a fairy-tale theme.
- Idromassaggi: the outdoor whirlpools in the garden.
- Cinema d’acqua: an outdoor sensory pool with film projections after dark.
- Cascata: a warm-water waterfall.
- Percorso Kneipp: alternating warm and cold water for the legs.
- Giostra delle favole: a carousel-themed relaxation area.
- Labirinto incantato: a maze-like walk through the circuit.
- Sala Relax Parco: a reading and relaxation room.
- Stanza del sale: a salt room.
Turismo Torino also lists hydrojets, Japanese baths, biosaunas, steam baths, foot baths and infrared loungers. Entry includes the robe, towel, slippers and the “Aperiterme” evening aperitif. Bring a swimsuit. A wellness lunch is served daily.
Expect a social, city crowd rather than silence, especially in the evening and at weekends.
Getting there
The address is Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 77, 10128 Turin.
- Metro: the Re Umberto stop on line 1 is on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, about 100 m (330 ft) from the spa. It is one stop from Porta Nuova and two from Porta Susa.
- Train: Porta Nuova, Turin’s main station, is a short walk east along the same avenue.
- Tram: a tram stop called Re Umberto is at the same junction.
- By car: central Turin has a limited-traffic zone (ZTL) and paid street parking. Check the rules for your route before you drive in, or park outside the centre and take the metro.
When to go
The spa is open every day: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 9 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. QC posts holiday hours on its “Ponti e festività” page.
Evenings and weekends are busiest, as people come after work. Weekday mornings are calmest. The weekday lunch-break slot, from 12:30 to 3 p.m., is aimed at people who work nearby and is one of the cheapest tickets. The garden pools are best on a cold, clear winter evening or a mild spring day; Turin summers can be hot and humid, which makes the outdoor whirlpools less appealing in the middle of the day.

Where to stay nearby
QC has no hotel in Turin, so this is a day spa. QC lists affiliated hotels nearby on its site, several within about 1 km (0.6 miles), among them Hotel Concord Torino and Artuà e Solferino. The streets around Porta Nuova and the San Salvario district have plenty of hotels at every price, and the historic centre around Piazza San Carlo and Piazza Castello is a short walk north.
Safety notes
- Saunas and alcohol. The evening aperitif includes sparkling wine. Drink water between sauna rounds and do not go back into the heat after a drink.
- Wet surfaces. Take care on the garden paths and around the pools, especially on cold evenings.
- Health. QC bars pregnant women. Anyone with heart or blood pressure problems should ask a doctor before using saunas and hot pools.

Prices vary with the date. The official list starts at €54 for 5 hours, €72 for unlimited day entry, €54 for evening entry from 5 p.m., €46 for the "sotto le stelle" entry from 7:30 p.m. and €46 for the weekday lunch-break slot from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Entry with a 25, 50 or 75-minute massage starts at €114, €158 and €208.

Is there a natural hot spring near Turin?
